Michael began his career as a rehabilitation sales representative after graduating from Bryant University in Smithfield, RI. For 8 years, he worked closely with a wide range of clients, from those with spinal cord injures to seniors wanting to remain home in a safe and independent environment. His work included assessing clients for specialized medical equipment with a team of physical and occupational therapists. During his rehabilitation sales work, Michael felt he could make a greater impact by applying his skills and care through a hands-on approach.
